High Pressure Capillary Rheometer

The effect of pressure on viscosity is an important but often overlooked aspect of the flow properties of polymeric materials. These devices incorporate a valve at the die exit to control the flow and increase the average pressure under which the melt flows.
Two pressure transducers (Dynisco Co.,) are located at the entrance and the exit of the capillary to measure each pressure simultaneously.
